He greeted us and took care of our luggage. The travel from the airport to the Port of Miami was good, he was an excellent driver, even in inclement weather and traffic. Used this service back in October for travel to and from the airport and was very happy with their performance. The driver was on time following our arrival and even stopped at a gas station willingly allowing us to grab water and snacks prior to arriving to the condo. Jason was so awesome!!! He made our trip to Miami start and end on a great note. He was already waiting for as we got to baggage claim, so need to text him to find out where to go. His black SUV was super nice and clean. He provided us with waters and car seats for my daughter's. On the way to the hotel we shared a nice conservation and he gave us some suggestions on where to go while we were in our trip. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the service I rec'd from Ft. Lauderdale Shuttle & Limo Service. We used them 3 times during our Florida stay. Each time the driver was early, contacted me via text, and confirmed their ETA and location. All the drivers were friendly, professional and excellent drivers. The cars were immaculate with top of the line style and luxury. In one car, my wife left her sunglasses and during our stay, two drivers worked together to bring them back to our hotel after transporting another client. That's service! Absolutely amazing service! My wife and a friend were going on a cruise but needed transport from the Ft. Lauderdale airport to Miami. At the last minute (morning of travel) I thought it would be better to have a professional service than some oddball with a car and an app. I knew it was a slim chance, but they were more than helpful and professional on the phone and actually were able to arrange for the transport that day. The price was very reasonable, the process seamless, and the product amazing. The communication was amazing with very clear instructions and she even had a text when she landed as to who to contact and where to go. My wife stated that she "felt like royalty" when they arrived curbside for the pick up. The vehicle was extremely nice and spotless. She said the driver was very professional, friendly and most importantly, very safe. I will definitely be using Ft. Lauderdale Shuttle and Limo when I'm in the area and need transportation and will recommend them to everyone I know. They know customer service and they do it very, very, well.

I spent some time looking for a limo service to take us from Miami International to our hotel in Fort Lauderdale and back over the busy Christmas and New Year period, and am so pleased I came across Fort Lauderdale Shuttle & Limo Service. Jason responded to my initial email enquiry promptly with price and timing information, and I booked the 5 seater stretch limo for the outward journey and a sedan for the return journey. When our flight from the UK landed there was a text message from our driver Jay, to say he was waiting for us and we easily located him. The stretch limo was immaculate and a great treat. On the return journey again we got a message to say Jay was ready and waiting for us and the car was extremely comfortable and expertly driven. We utilized Ft. Lauderdale Shuttle and Limo Service for a Disney Cruise out of Miami in February, 2018. The service picked us up on time at the Fort Lauderdale Airport and took us to our Miami Hotel. The trip was fast since the Shuttle subscribes to the fast lane service passing all the slow traffic on I95. They picked us up after the cruise and took us back to the Fort Lauderdale Airport for an early flight and again were on time and fast. The driver was personable and reliable and we were in contact by cell phone before each-way trip to make locating us and them as easy as possible.

We used this company for transfers back and forth from fll airport to Miami port for a cruise. Not only when we arrived he made extra effort to fit our luggage which we pack a lot where it didn’t interfere with our trip. He was very nice and my kids constantly asked him questions and never was bothered. If u doing round trips especially for cruise this was much better way to travel and I will continue to use him for my Florida cruises

I travel about twice each month, and for the past 2 years I've been using the team at Fort Lauderdale Shuttle & Limo Service. They have ALWAYS been on time, and I mean always, it's somewhat amazing. Typically I deal with either Bryon or Jason, but the rest of the guys are great as well. Their rates are fair, the cars are always immaculately clean. And all the drivers are nice, friendly and observant. If they sense you want to sit quietly they leave you alone. If they sense you're up for conversation they are friendly chatters. I won't use anyone else ever.

The driver was punctual and he took care of our luggage. We never lifted a finger! This is the best limo service ever! They picked us up for our departure on the cruise, and also for our return. The amazing part is that the lines for our return at Customs was SO LONG, and went way over our pick up time...Jason still waited for us, and picked us up right at the curb! Simply put they are the best in Fort Lauderdale. I am a Concierge at a large hotel and I use this company all the time for my guests. Their cars are beautiful, but it's their service that truly shines. The best example I can give you is that recently I had a elderly passenger that needed extra assistance the family wanted to make certain he would not get lost. The driver waited almost two hours later then scheduled because the flight kept getting delayed. That's going the extra mile. Needless to say his family was grateful and so was I.

From the first email to request and follow up phone call, I was sure this was a great company to deal with. This was a fantastic experience for my husband and I. We arrived from Buffalo to fabulous weather and to be greeted by Bryon. He knocked the whole experience out of the park. We had requested a bottle of sparkling wine as this was a birthday celebration. He found us (our now) favourite bottle of sparkling. He took the scenic route to our hotel (after asking permission first) and we reminised about the area. I would highly recommend using Fort Lauderdale Shuttle and Limo. You won't be sorry. Booked limo service from Jason in December 2016 from Ft. Lauderdale airport to Embassy Suites. Our flight was delayed, so I immediately called our driver Byron to let him know we just landed. He made me feel at ease, and said don't worry, I am waiting for you. Byron was polite, and patiently waiting for us to get our luggage. Also booked limo from Port Everglades in January 2017 back to airport. Our driver was Jose, and he was also very polite and took his time with me on the phone to find us at the port. He told me his lights would be flashing and to look for him. We did and it worked out perfectly. I would highly recommend doing business with Jason. I will be using them again in December 2017.
